Themes of Tee Shirt Design Contests 5-7 Announced

"Animal Kingdom" is the theme Storyville tee shirt contest #6.

Right now, our $1,000 “Summer Lovin’” design contest is entering its second and final week. “Summer Lovin’,” which is our fourth online tee shirt design contest, wraps up Friday (May 25) at Midnight and the winner will be announced on Memorial Day (May 28) at 10 am on this blog.

The first four tee shirt design contests have been wildly successful, so we’re going to keep them going. Here are the themes for contests 5 – 7.

Contest #5: “Mighty, Mighty BR,” May 28 – June 1. $500 top prize. The theme is simply anything having to do with the capital city of Louisiana, Baton Rouge.

Contest #6: “Animal Kingdom,” June 4 – June 15. $1,000 top prize. An animal (of any kind) must be incorporated into the design contest entry.

Contest #7: “Mitch Landrieu Dance Machine,” June 18 – 22. $500 top prize. A tribute to New Orleans’ dancing mayor. Proceeds from the sale of the winning tee shirt design will go to Trombone Shorty’s “Horns for Schools” charity, which raises money to buy instruments for New Orleans schools.
